The 8th Div cleaning crew was very cute - I loved the threat and the reiatsu joke. The whole chapter is sweet and quite visual. I got the impression that you think Shunsui's never quite as impaired as he pretends to be.

Kyouraku was sitting alone beneath the tree in a large circle of grass, staring totally in the other direction.

Just a small stylistic comment — I don't think you really need 'totally' there, or any modifier, really. Perhaps 'staring in the opposite direction from her approach'?
