Shunsui x Nanao

Sorry that  the translations are not in English.. and for the inconveniences.....
I'll write down translations for Shunsui and Nanao, but pardon the others and the abstracts.....

Translation: 
Taichou of the 8th division, Kyouraku Shunsui
Aizen: Shunsui....he has always been lazy and hard to understand. You never knew what he was truly thinking. However, he should not be taken as easy. He was realized quickly that something was wrong with Rukia's execution, helped the Ryoukas, and even confronted Yamamoto....
Gin: It is surprsing and admirable that he manages his division well even though he drinks a lot.
Aizen: It is his fukutaichou who is doing all the work. Taichous are supposed to behave more respectfully....
Gin: Yeah, I should've been lazy and leave all the work to Izru as well.

Fukutaichou of the 8th division, Ise Nanao
Gin: Here comes the competent fukutaichou who supports Kyouraku. She's nothing if not a secretary. However, her fighting abilities as a fukutaichou is questionable. She fainted in front of Yamamoto right away.
Aizen: It's not only her who lack in qualities but also all the other shinigami as well. That's why we pursued new strength

Question: Speaking of 8th, we know that Shunsui is strong, probably the strongest if we take out Yamamoto....However, what about Nanao? We have no doubt that she is intelligent and good at kidou. But what about her overall fighting ability? Is she strong or weak?
I want to believe that the reason she collapsed in front of Yamamoto was that he is extremely strong rather than that Nanao is weak...still, blacking out when Yamamoto had not even released his sword.....eh...I don't know....
Anyways, it seems that only people who like Shunsui and Nanao coupling depicts Nanao as strong...
